How does my Bookkeeping Service work? – Singletrack Accounting

WE KEEP IT SIMPLE: we provide a perfectly clean set of ‘tax books’, updated monthly on a cash basis, recording income & expenses as they hit the bank, delivering reports after each session and closing every month as we go. In January, once we reconcile and close December, we immediately begin tax return work.

We have *ONE*tax season, we do NOT file extensions...we close each month as we go.

This is 100% compliance work, recording completed transactions in preparation for Tax Filing.
Our entire goal is to simplify your Accounting and ensure 100% accuracy and compliance. We're not going to over complicate this.

We gather all of your financial data directly from your banks and organize into easy to understand financial reports.
These Core 4 reports are sent to you after every bookkeeping session, on the last day of the month. We provide instructions on each report, and if you need further guidance we'll review them with you. Remember each month we are reconciling the prior month.
You review these reports, ask questions or provide feedback and answers on Uncategorized Transactions
Once review is complete, we close out the reconciled period. The period is now closed and ready for tax filing and tax planning.

>Our pricing and program is based on doing everything electronically, we ask that you eliminate or greatly reduce handwritten checks. These take a tremendous amount of time to investigate and can result in additional hand-entry fees.
