We don’t offer setup and training; in fact we have NO setup fees at all! Every service we offer does involve a tremendous amount of front end setup work. We charge NO setup fees because the Small Business owners that we work for can’t afford thousands of dollars for that kind of thing. We are paid for our setup work over the course of a year-long service agreement. Ours is a program, not a one-time project. "It's a marathon, not a sprint".
Also, we want to do your Accounting work in order to prevent any need for future clean up or fixes down the road - again because we don't want to charge enormous one-time fees. That is not an affordable approach. Our entire gig is about getting everything fully accurate, on autopilot, and closing the books out as we go in preparation for tax time each year. That's the advantage of using Singletrack.
Did you go into business to learn how to do bookkeeping? NO! Our system is so well managed that we can provide you low fixed monthly fees for everything we do. One time setups, training, cleanup & fixes are far more expensive...and that does not factor into our mission of supporting Small Business Owners in living their "mountain" lifestyle, running profitable businesses, lowering your tax bill, and providing reasonably priced Accounting & Tax services.
