What are "Hand-entered Transaction" Fees and how can I avoid them?

Avoid hand-entered transaction fees by using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and your Bank's Online Bill pay offering.

Per your signed Engagement agreement & our Onboarding videos, you will be charged additional fees for any transactions that we must enter by hand.

Our extremely low pricing is based on the automation of data entry.
Whenever we must take the time to manually review, research and hand enter data you may be charged additional fees.

The most common Hand-entered Transactions are hand written paper checks.
Vendor information must be manually viewed in online banking + entered by hand; taking far more time and resources than our automated software.

Transactions entered by-hand / handwritten checks are an additional $3/each; billing will be automatically adjusted each month.
