How does my Billing work? – Singletrack Accounting

"Recurring" Services billing is automated each month and payment is collected on the start date of your Service Agreement and each month following on the same day of the month. We do not pro-rate.

“Upon Completion” is for one-time services that are billed upon completion of the work. Typically we bill 50% up front for on Completion Services. We will notify you when the work is complete and collect payment at that time.

“Upon Acceptance” Services are one-time services billed at the commencement of a Service Agreement and payment will be collected immediately upon acceptance of a Service Agreement

In the event any statement, sales receipt or invoice rendered by us to you is not paid within 30 days of the date of the sales receipt or invoice, a late charge shall be accrued on the unpaid amount at the rate of 1% per month from that date until paid.
