Our customers are located all over the world in many time zones. Generally, our customer hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:30 am until 4:00 pm.
Fridays are big project days and are by appointment only.
If we happen to be in the office outside of customers hours, it is possible that you may receive a response. However, do not count on this : we ask that you allow 24 hours for a response and this should be your expectation.
We have created this Small Business Support Center to provide answers to most of the questions that we are asked outside of customer hours.
Remember that each app that you use also provides in-app Chat support that may provide answers far more quickly than waiting for a Team member.
Our offices close 2 times a year: Dec 15 - Jan 1, pre-tax season and Apr 16 - Apr 30, post-tax season
